What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and the technical information necessary to secure your subscription.

If you accept optional analytics, we also collect limited information about visits to our website and how GUJLENDI is played, including gameplay choices and results. These statistics do not include your name, email address or complete game positions, although limited technical information is used to distinguish visits.

Why we use it

We use your email address to send occasional GUJLENDI news, playtesting information and release updates.

Optional analytics help us understand how visitors use our website and game so we can improve them. Both newsletter subscriptions and analytics rely on your consent. You can still use the website and play GUJLENDI without opting in. Sharing these statistics simply helps us improve the experience for everyone.

Service providers

Brevo manages our newsletter, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect subscriptions, and Umami provides our self-hosted analytics. Our website and analytics data are hosted by OVH within the European Union.

Our service providers may use subprocessors to deliver their services. Some technical information processed by Cloudflare may be transferred outside the European Union, subject to applicable safeguards.

We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in our emails.

You can refuse optional analytics without affecting your access to GUJLENDI, and change or withdraw your consent at any time through Privacy Settings in the website footer.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, as well as other rights provided by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

How long we keep data

Newsletter information is retained while your subscription remains active, or longer where required by law.

Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for six months.
